By downloading, accessing, or using the Proof app and website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
Proof is not a medical device or a medical service. Any information provided by the app, including drink logs, standard-drink totals, sobriety tracking, or habit insights, is for informational and educational purposes only. Never use Proof to determine if it is safe for you to drive, operate machinery, or engage in any dangerous activities. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional regarding alcohol consumption, withdrawal, and addiction treatment. We assume no liability for any decisions, actions, or personal injury resulting from the use of the data presented in this app.
Proof provides a Community platform for users to share beverage recipes. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree not to post content that is abusive, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or illegal. Users can report violating content and block other users; blocking immediately removes that user's content from your feed and notifies our moderation team. Proof utilizes automated filtering where applicable and reviews all objectionable-content reports. We act on reports within 24 hours by removing the content and ejecting the user who provided the offending content when a violation is confirmed. We reserve the right to remove any content and permanently ban any user violating these terms without prior notice.
Proof offers auto-renewing premium subscriptions purchased through Apple In-App Purchase (managed with RevenueCat for entitlement status). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
You must be of legal drinking age to use the Service. In the United States, you must be at least 21 years of age. In other regions, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the local legal drinking age if higher. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement for your region. Proof enforces this requirement during onboarding via date-of-birth verification.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Proof, its developers, LCD Entertainment, or its partners be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.
