Proof is not a medical device or a medical service. Any information provided by the app, including BAC (Blood Alcohol Concentration) estimates, sobriety tracking, or health insights, is for informational and educational purposes only. Never use Proof to determine if it is safe for you to drive, operate machinery, or engage in any dangerous activities. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional regarding alcohol consumption, withdrawal, and addiction treatment. We assume no liability for any decisions, actions, or personal injury resulting from the use of the data presented in this app.
Proof provides a Community platform for users to share beverage recipes. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content. You agree not to post content that is abusive, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or illegal. Proof utilizes automated filtering and allows users to instantly block and report violating content. We reserve the right to remove any content and permanently ban any user violating these terms without prior notice.
Proof offers auto-renewing premium subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
You must be at least 17 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Proof, its developers, LCD Entertainment, or its partners be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.
