Account Deletion

We value your privacy. Deleting your account removes the personal data Proof stores for you. It does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

  1. Open the Proof app on your iOS device.
  2. Navigate to the Settings tab (Gear Icon).
  3. Scroll down to the Danger Zone.
  4. Select Delete Account and confirm your choice.

This deletes your Proof account, drink history, journals, community activity, and the processor copies we control (including RevenueCat subscriber records and Sentry crash events tied to your user id). Proof will not email you afterward. Apple subscriptions keep renewing until you cancel them in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. See our Privacy Policy.

Option 2: Web Deletion

If you no longer have access to the app, enter the email address associated with your Proof account. We will send you a secure, one-time link to authorize the deletion.
